EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
Please note: All products are ‘made to order’
- LIILO will only provide the option of exchange for alteration, made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- LIILO is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at reach.liilo@gmail.com.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Upon authorisation of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
- All returns are subject to verification by our team at LIILO.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will exclusively be the decision of team LIILO. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account.
- Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
