For any customisation requests, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 8708998144. Once you do, our stylist will connect with you to understand the details and guide you through the process.
If needed, we’re happy to hop on a video call to discuss your preferences more personally.
Once everything is finalised, your customised garment will move into production.
We offer a wide range of customisations, including:
— Changing the colour
— Adjusting the length of the garment
— Adding or reducing sleeve length
— Altering the neckline
— Adding features like sleeves, straps, or a shrug
— Custom embroidery placement and more
Please note:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customised orders. Orders with customisation placed via COD will be cancelled.
Since customised outfits are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

1. HOW DO I REQUEST A CUSTOMIZATION?
You can WhatsApp us at +91 8708998144 with your request. Our stylist will guide you through the process, and if needed, we’ll set up a video call for better clarity.
2. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMIZATION DO YOU OFFER?
We can customise most elements of our garments, including:
– Colour changes
– Garment length adjustments
– Sleeve changes (add, remove, shorten, or lengthen)
– Neckline variations
– Adding elements like shrugs, straps, etc.
– Custom embroidery
3. CAN I CUSTOMISE OUTFITS FOR MY FAMILY OR A GROUP?
Yes! We can create coordinated or complementary outfits for men, women, and children based on a selected design. Perfect for weddings, celebrations, or photoshoots.
4. DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE LONGER TO DELIVER?
Customised pieces usually take 10–14 working days to dispatch. Let us know your timelines—we’ll always try to accommodate special dates.
5. CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY FOR CUSTOMISED ORDERS?
Unfortunately, COD is not available for customised orders. All customised orders must be prepaid.
6. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CUSTOMISED PIECE?
