For domestic orders within India, delivery usually takes 7–14 days after order confirmation.
International orders take 14–21 days, depending on the destination and customs process.

Yes, shipping is free across India. For international orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. DO YOU OFFER RETURN OR REFUNDS?
We do not offer returns, but we’re happy to help with exchanges if your piece doesn’t fit or meet expectations. Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery, and the item must be unworn and in original condition.
4. WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?

19. DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE LONGER TO DELIVER?
Customised pieces usually take 10–14 working days to dispatch. Let us know your timelines—we’ll always try to accommodate special dates.
20. CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY FOR CUSTOMISED ORDERS?
Unfortunately, COD is not available for customised orders. All customised orders must be prepaid.
21. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CUSTOMISED PIECE?
