Exchange Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged or incorrect items, share images and details via WhatsApp at +91 8708998144. We’ll assist you with the exchange process.
For all other exchanges:
You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags and labels intact to be eligible.
Please Note:
We do not offer returns—only exchanges.
Customised items are not eligible for return or exchange, but we’re happy to assist with size or fit adjustments where possible.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Final decisions on exchange requests rest with Team Liilo.

Please include the reason for the exchange and share photos if the item is damaged or defective. Ensure the product is in original condition with all tags and labels intact.
GIFT ORDERS
If you’re ordering a gift, just let us know while placing the order or drop us a message on WhatsApp.
We’d be happy to add a handwritten note and gift wrap your order to make it extra special.
