We do not offer returns—only exchanges.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only applicable if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Any cancellation beyond this window is subject to approval by Team Liilo.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 3–4 business days.
